We use external companies as suppliers of data systems. These external suppliers protect your data as they are required to by international laws - also the GDPR by the EU, and by the strict guidelines given to them by us.
We work with Mailchimp to handle your informations and to be able to send you e-mails. Mailchimp is one of the largest players in the field, and have, as we have, committed themselves to comply with the strict rules about data protection.
The employees in IVER Denmark have access to the informations that are registred about you and are committed to handle these anouymously.
When we collect your informations via our website we make sure, that it always happens after your explicit consent, so you are aware of which informations we collect and why.
We make sure that we delete your informations if/when they are no longer relevant for the purpose for which they were gathered.
Data is kept at long as you wish to continue the contact and receive occasional e-mails from IVER Denmark. When you do not want this, your informations will be deleted.
If IVER Denmark possess informations about you, you will at any given time have the right to object against these informations. You have the right to be informed about which informations we have about you, and you have the right to demand that we delete these informations. You can do this by either unsubscribe from the newsletter, which can be done by following the link in the bottom of every e-mail we have sent you, or by contacting us directly at the e-mail below. Your informations will be deleted immediately.
Cookies are small tekstfiles containing a text string which makes a unique identification of you as a user. They are sent back to our website. Most browsers are set to default accept cookies as most websites require that you accept them before you can access the page. You can anytime change these preferences in your browser's settings.
Tracking pixels is scripts which are triggered when you land on a website or open an e-mail. The pixel itself are not visible. The script makes sure that you download a pixel when you land on a page or open an e-mail.
Complying with international laws and the EU we will never keep informations about you from cookies and / or pixels for more than 6 months, after which the data is automatically deleted.
